Sage Advice from a Climbing Master

Earlier today, I jokingly asked Tom Danielson of Team Garmin-Transitions for some advice on training for the Mt. Evans Hill Climb. Tom holds the record for the Mt. Evans Hill Climb (as well as the Mt. Washington Race to the Clouds) so I figured he’d know best.  His response to me via Twitter was classic and I thought I’d share it with anyone else out there training for Mt. Evans:
